Car concierge from maintenance to modification.
You have a personal assistant and estate manager but,
who’s looking after your cars?
What is 830wednesday?
We are a car concierge and storage service for people who love to drive their cars but have no time, no desire to, and or no idea how to take care of them or modify them.
-
1. Contact us and let us know what is going on. Once we get on a call to discuss, a plan is made within 24 hours for your car and reviewed with you.
2. We set the plan into motion: finding/vetting the right shop(s) to get the job done right. We find specialty shops that specialize in exactly what you want to have done.
3. We get estimates on all work done and review them with you to make sure you’re not being overcharged or charged for work you don’t need.
4. Once your car is at these shop(s) we are in communication with the shop(s) daily, monitor the work they do on-site, communicate all progress to you and do thorough checks of the work in-progress to make sure it’s done right before it comes back to you.
5. A final check is done once the shop says the work is complete, and then the car is delivered back to you.

-> You have multiple cars: luxury, exotic, special-to-you kind of cars and no time to maintain them or worry about how they’re fixed. You just want to enjoy them whenever you want.
-> Your assistant(s) have tried time and time again to help you find shops to service your cars, but at the end of the day, they don’t know how to spot a good shop from a bad one, and the results have been frustrating.
-> You have been taken advantage of time and time again without realizing it until it’s too late.
-> You’ve been stranded before on the side of the road because a shop cut corners and did bad work.
-> Your car's batteries are frequently dead on the specific car you want to drive that day.
-> You see all the details of your car, love the way that it drives and want to keep it that way.
-> You’re always dreaming up new ways to modify your car, make it custom to how you want it, faster, sky’s the limit.
-
-> If you’re a car enthusiast who takes care of your own car, knows the ins and outs of the industry, and loves to take all the time in the world to make sure the car is done right the first time
-> Someone who has never been taken advantage of by any type of automotive shop or has family in the industry that does the work on their cars themselves. If you fully trust your automotive shop and trust that you always know what work they’re doing to your car: this is not for you.
-> Someone who doesn’t notice details on their car and just cares that it drives them from A to B and if something doesn’t work right on it, it doesn’t matter to them because it’s just a car to you.
-
-> We’re available 24/7 from text to calls
-> We’re on location as often as needed to make sure all work gets done right
-> We juggle multiple projects all at the same time, with multiple shops and sometimes in multiple states
-> We bill on an hourly rate with a transparent invoice at the end of the month detailing exactly what we did so you know what you’re paying for
-> Transparency, discretion and trust are our 3 pillars of how we operate
-
-> “Jonathan I got this weird squeak coming from the rear of the car but I’m flying out of town for 2 weeks tomorrow, can you figure out what’s going on before I’m back?”
-> “Jonathan. My assistant just put diesel in my Bentley, the car started smoking, can you help?”
-> “I want to completely re-do this 80’s full-sized Jeep I just bought, can you handle that?”
-> “I have a Hummer EV in White, but I want to change the color to yellow, custom black wheels, tint the windows, and I need to get it done for a video shoot in 3 weeks.”
-> “The Ferrari’s got a check engine light for some reason, I just hit a curb and put a hole in the side skirt, can you help get this fixed?”
From the tiniest of details to major mistakes shops make – we monitor, check, and document every little detail while your car(s) are being worked on.
How this process works in 3-steps
1 – You call us and explain everything going on with your car(s) that you want to have done.
2 – A plan is made: assess what’s needed, what service providers are needed, and put together a timeline. We review this with you so we’re on the same page and adjust as necessary.
3 – Plan is executed: your car is brought to a service provider we have vetted, we monitor all work being done, consult with you on what directions to take when issues arise, and continuously update you in terms you can understand with photos/videos. This communication continues until the plan until you get your car back.
